Went in today for uniform issue. Ms. Karen was awesome and extremely knowledgeable. She made sure that I received everything I needed, in addition to, ensuring proper fitting. Whenever you go to Midsouth Solutions for your first responder needs, look for Ms. Karen. She is a sweet woman with excellent customer service and makes you feel welcomed instead of just staring at you strangely when you walk into the business. I've been coming to Midsouth for 10 years now and she has always remained consistently awesome.
I am happy to leave a great review here, especially regarding Karen L. She takes excellent care of us each and every time. She understands, firsthand, that we’re not in there shopping for luxuries, but rather the gear and equipment we NEED to do the job. This attention and care is much appreciated.
Great friendly staff! Took care of my request in a timely manner! Karen is a sweetheart!
