These folks work hard to please the customer and get the job done right the first time.
Ordered 1 box of bullet on April 8th. On the 16th I inquired bye email and phone about my order. The customer service lady said oh, it looks like they just charged your card today and sent order to warehouse. Another person emailed me the 17th said they just sent to warehouse. Today the 20th of April still no tracking info at end of day, so I call and ask when my order might be shipping,he replies oh a well, maybe tomorrow late or the next day. Will never shop with Midsouth Shooters Supply again.
Great reloading supplies, fast shipping. Some times with smaller orders, the shipping can be a bit much, but Midsouth is always the first place I look when I need anything for reloading, and 9 times out of ten, even after comparing others, it's the best deal.
Awesome prices, still had quick shipping with this craziness going on! Keep up the hard work!!
