High price and poor quality product. Had a pond fountain installed. The price was very high for the product installed. The lights went out which was on warranty. It took them months with about 3 missed appointments to replace. No call, no show, no communication. They finally replaced the lights after about 5 months of no shows.
Excellent customer service!!! We dealt with Josh and Hunter. Very kind and we have enjoyed using them over the last couple of years. Highly recommend!!!!!
They came out and replaced my old pond liner with a new one. They reshaped my pond a little, cleaned up the ledges and built a new waterfall and installed all new equipment. My old pond was 20 years old. It looks fantastic and they were very friendly and great to work with.
Hunter and Joshua were so professional and very helpful. Midsouth Ponds is definitely my go to business for maintaining my pond AND Christmas light installs. Bubba has the right guys for the job. Always friendly. Always efficient. Always get the job done right! Please contact them and ask for these fine young men….they will take care of the job and make your pond look as beautiful and clean as mine!!
