I had the pleasure of delivering 2 baby boys with Dr. Ali! She is the sweetest and most caring person I know. I would highly recommend her and her colleagues to anyone!
I have always struggled to find any provider that is willing to listen, support, and provide encouragement to me. Dr. Ali and the Mid South OBGYN clinic has done that, and more. I cannot imagine going through my first pregnancy with any other team of caring individuals. They are such a blessing!
No follow through from Highnote's nursing staff- zero callback after multiple messages, and it took ten weeks to get a prescription filled. Switching doctors/ practices based solely on the nurse's lack of follow through, compassion and any kind of customer care.

Extremely poor customer service from Highnote's nursing staff. I've left many voicemails and have ***never*** received a call back regarding my prescription that they were supposed to send to the pharmacist. It took from april till july to get it handled. Somehow it got done today after ten weeks and a simple verbal prescription over the phone.
