Beware of this Scam! I reached out to them for a repair to my hot waterheater. Blaine (If that's his real name) performed a diagnostic and said it was my converter. He charged me $125 for the trip charge and $480 for the part in which I agreed. The part was to arrive in 2 days. After the 2 days I never heard from them again. No phone calls or text response. It's been a month and still no word from anyone. Oh to make it worse, the converter was not even the issue it was the thermal cutoff...a $28 part
