Never received a bill and then received a collections notice. Do not pay.
Horrible billing experience. Could not pay online. Referred to collections! DO NOT USE!!!!
HIPPA violations: Medical Debt being sold without proper contact to patients. I have personally contacted them and asked if I owed anything and they said no. Months later debt appears from "Professional Credit Management, Inc." I took care of it immediately because I have the funds. Why are they not calling to reach out to me or patients before selling debt?
After imaging, I received no billing notice, and my balance was sent directly to a debt collector. As someone with an 850 credit score, I find this lack of communication and immediate collections highly unacceptable. No attempt to contact was made. No standard itemized bill with insurance payment etc. it’s unethical
Did not have any information of a bill and they sent it to collections. When I called they said they called me and emailed me but then when I asked what number they called and the email address they did not have anything on file. They do not have a process to get the information. I asked why they didn't have that information from my intake forms and they said they didn't get the information from the hospital.
