Never even heard of these people had no idea that I owed them money after my hospital but they can't send me a bill but they want to turn it over to collections that's the way the Baptist Hospital is in Union City you pay all your bills thousands of dollars and they just keep sending a month after month you keep getting bills straggling in and they said oh that was an outside bill

Very poor billing and account management by Midsouth Imaging and Therapeutics. I tried for months to work with their account reps via emails and phone calls over a balance that Medicare and my supplement would have covered if the claims had been correctly submitted by Midsouth Imaging and Therapeutics. The last rep instructed me to NOT pay the balance because he was referring it to the "higher operations team." I believed him and waited for results. Next letter was a referral to collections. I haven’t even received a bill and no claim has even been filed. They’ve called me every day for 2 weeks now and only very hard to understand India phone operators telling me I have a bill on the way, but cat give me anymore information. Keep asking for my name and birthdate and other vital information instead…TOTAL scam. Thank God we used another hospital completely for my follow up and additional MRI as this company is the WORST part of Baptist Healthcare.

While our ultrasound experience was great, we never received a bill and were sent to collections. When I called I was told the bill was sent to an address where we hadn’t lived in 2 years…but collections had the correct address.
