Service was well, but their BILLING is completely predatory! I’m tired of them sending me mail on a small additional bill that needs to be paid time snd time again. Go to another business, this place is disgustingly abysmal with their services.
How can you turn someone over to collections without sending them bills.
I have a boll for 12.00 ty hey told me wait till i grt bill 2 weeks.
Got a call from professional credit stating that I had an outstanding balance with mid south imaging therapeutics. I had never received a bill from them nor had I received a bill from the collection agency. The collection agency stated that it was turned over to them in November 2025. After reading all the horrible reviews about the same thing, I went ahead and called the collection agency back and just paid it because I’m gonna say mid south imaging therapeutics is very very poor customer service!
