I used my home warranty company, my attic fan not working. Midsouth Electric was assigned. I did cancel the request, then added the back on payday to cover the service fee required. I did received multiple texts from different technicians asking my availability. I gave them my 2 days off, Wed & Thurs afternoon. The communication was terrible. I called, spoke to someone Wed afternoon & said they would have tech out thurs afternoon. Thursday at 2pm i called to get an eta, was told 4-6 by 5ish pm i called & ask to be reschedule... read more
