Brilliant practice, rang a couple of days ago and my son went today as he had a few issues. Kasia the dentist was kind and professional (as she has been the last couple of times my children have been) and also removed his troublesome wobbly tooth. I also attend here and have done for many years with no complaints.
Came away from my appointment today feeling as if I'd been reprimanded. Was told by the dentist that I hadn't attended for 2 years which was why my dental hygiene was bad and my teeth would fall out, basically my fault! I replied that I had attended regularly for 6-monthly check ups for years, until recently, (over the last 2 years) when I'd had previously arranged appointments booked months in advance at the clinic, cancelled at short notice on more than one occasion. Been waiting since Covid to have NHS appointment now found out I'm no longer on the books because they no longer serve NHS patients..
I have always been treated very well at this dentist by both reception and dental staff. Many thanks to you all.
Rang up and despite them saying theyre NHS they say they're private as the new dentist hasn't got his NHS card which takes 8 months. Pretty sure they're lying.
