These are ABSOLUTELY the best pasta sauces on the market today! I love MID'S for everyday pasta meals or for use in my lasagna which gets rave reviews every time. Now if someone could make a vodka sauce in a jar that tastes like something, I'd be all set!

Incredible Italian pasta sauce. It's the only one I buy...and I grew up with Italian cooking from my Nona, so I'm picky. We're so lucky to have Mid's right here in Ohio.

I was heating up some leftover cavatelli at work the other day and everyone who came into the break room commented on how good it smelled. I gave all the credit to Mid's (which is now the only sauce I'll buy) and assured them it tasted as good as it smelled.

Take the rennet out!!!! Gross. It sucks you have animal stomach lining in the sauces. Is that really necessary?

Thanks for contacting us. While rennet is derived from sheep raised on the plains of Lazio, Sardinia or Gavoi in Italy this is the only way that authentic Pecorino Romano cheese is made and that is part of the recipe and has been for over 70 years. It is an essential part because it is what separates the curds and the whey and provides important enzymes. If there is anything else I can answer for you please let me know. Just found your garlic and onion pasta sauce today at the grocery store. I have to say I wasn't sure at first if I should purchase it but I'm sure glad I did! This is honestly the best sauce I've ever had!! This will be my go to sauce from now on. �
