The receptionist was very rude. When I called to schedule an appointment, she told me there were no appointments available. I politely asked her if there were any openings for tomorrow, and she responded, "No, we don’t have any." She also claimed that they do not accept the MetroPlus Essential Plan 4, even though the website shows that they do accept government plans. Whoever she is but she should be fired. She doesn't know how to talk to the people.

I will like to say the doctor is an awesome dentist! Unfortunately that front desk receptionist Gloria has to retire! She is very nasty and rude. Myself family of 7 have been coming here for the past 5 years or so she never makes it easy never a smile on her face as shes speaking she wont even look at you. Ive even seen her in my face as the doctor is speaking to her and because a certain diagnostic test is not on the paper she is rolling her eyes and shaking her head as if it bothers her that he made a mistake. All 3 of my stars are for the dentists who are genuinely very nice and helpful. If it wasn’t for the dentists being so good, I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. The front desk/person on the phone is incredibly rude, making snarky comments and needs to be trained in how to treat people.
