I will like to say the doctor is an awesome dentist! Unfortunately that front desk receptionist Gloria has to retire! She is very nasty and rude. Myself family of 7 have been coming here for the past 5 years or so she never makes it easy never a smile on her face as shes speaking she wont even look at you. Ive even seen her in my face as the doctor is speaking to her and because a certain diagnostic test is not on the paper she is rolling her eyes and shaking her head as if it bothers her that he made a mistake. All 3 of my stars are for the dentists who are genuinely very nice and helpful. If it wasn’t for the dentists being so good, I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. The front desk/person on the phone is incredibly rude, making snarky comments and needs to be trained in how to treat people. I asked if i could cancel my appointment because I had a necessary medical procedure interfere with my dentist appointment and in response the girl at the front desk told me “I don’t know, can you?” This isn’t just an isolated e... read more

Great dentist and office staff. From the time I made the appointment and walked into my the office, it was a pleasant experience. Dr. Dourmas was friendly and professional with great bedside manner. The hygienist Edgar was also great, and made the dental cleaning a breeze along with X-rays. As for a finishing touch, they also gave me a dental goody bag. Five star experience. I highly recommend.
