Review for Mid Port Condos 1: Car Booting Policy Issues I recently had a guest visit Mid Port Condos 1, and within just a few hours, their car was booted. This was an incredibly frustrating experience for both of us. I'd give it no stars if I could. There's black mold in every single building. Their maintenance never wants to fix anything or they say that they can't especially when it comes to water damage on the ceiling. They have a pest problem so be careful even when you're outside in your own patio because the rats like to come out. Blatant racism. Their office is hardly open and when they are they aren't useful in any way.
