Midpointe actually has a live person on site to deal with which is an excellent start for me. Drew was extremely nice and helpful in showing me his facility and assisting in helping with a selection of what I needed. My unit was clean, well maintained and had an insulated roof which helped for a non-climate control unit. The facility had tons of security cameras and key pad gate for security as well as customer access.
