Love their home designs and floor plans.
Homes are great. I live in Midpoint Estates. This neighborhood has so many gate issues! Many residents have contacted the HOA and has done absolutely NOTHING till this day! I have a year here and the gates are never working or half way opened and BROKEN! Just my advice before purchasing a home here , make sure you are okay with paying a HOA FEE when things are not done for the better of the community! Very disappointed!
