We used MidPark for round trip transportation to Jiffy Lube Live from Baltimore for a concert. Our initial reservation was for a 40 person shuttle to arrive at 4pm. Someone from the company called me that morning saying our shuttle is in Richmond with a flat tire and won't be able to make it in time. They said they would send a different, larger 56-passenger shuttle in it's place but it will be 30 minutes late. The shuttle arrived and we left for the concert. My company recently used Midpark Transportation while hosting an event in celebration of purebred dogs at the Visitors Center of the U.S. Capitol. Hosting an event at the U.S. Capitol is no easy task and transportation to and from the Visitors Center is no exception. I recently used MidPark as a shuttle service for my guests to get to my home without having to worry about the horrible parking in my neighborhood. The company sent me a picture of my shuttle and a picture and facts about my driver days before my event. My driver arrived in a timely manner and was extremely professional and accommodating. My guests loved the shuttle and the service! I will definitely uses this company again in the future.
