Yummy, friendly, accomadating.
The food was fantastic. We had chicken, lettuce wraps, potstickers, miso soup, Michigan rolls, edamame, Japanese sticky, rice, the lemon blue blueberry waffle, a chocolate martini, a dirty martini, and a honey martini. Everything was delicious just a few notes would have made it spectacular. Service was great. Waitress did take away a dish I was still working on or would have taken the rest home but to be fair… I was distracted and it is unclear if she thought I was done. The ambiance was relaxing and appealing.
I have been here plenty of times for several years and always have great service by the manager and wait staff, the food is also great. However, tonight was vastly different. I was informed by several people, staff and customers, the Sushi chef “Andrew” was extremely rude to the incredibly kind wait staff when asked on timing of the food to be out, he degrades and belittles them often.
