This location is closed, only the 9th Ave. location is open! I just walked to their office and couldn't come in, so I had to call their booking department to find out.
Super impressed by Dr Zhang during my recent visit. The appointment was smooth. Dr Zhang answered all my questions patiently and provided detailed instructions. That made me feel much relieved after the visit. I highly recommend her to any one in need.
Worst service!! I called the doctor's office to get some results. The lady at the front desk put me twice for 15 minutes without getting back to me after I left a message, and she hung up on me both times That isn't nice.
Cannot stress how terrible this place is. What primary care physician requires somebody to be seen every 2 months? They’re blatantly trying to get as much insurance money out of me as possible, and if I don’t abide they withhold my medications. On top of that it’s impossible to get ahold of them, the phones just don’t work 95% of the time. Attached is a pic of the number of times I had to call their 3 offices just for them to tell me they wouldn’t fill my prescription.
