Car died near Summit Lake. State Farm could not get me service/tow for 24 hrs. Called Midnite Sun and left a message. Ken called me back in minutes and in 45 minutes was there with oil! Followed my car to the turn out to make sure the problem was resolved. Unfortunately, something else was a problem. I've traveled for 12 years throughout Alaska And been to many different places for repair, Ken is the best by far!
My car threw the timing belt and I was stranded on the side of the road between Cooper Landing and Sterling. Ken came out right away and towed my car back to his shop. He was up front and honest about the possible engine damage and costs to repair. It was completed quickly and at a fair price. Plus I love that he is local for me and I didn’t have to call someone from Soldotna. Thanks Ken!!
