Unbelievable service / tech support I cannot say enough. Phones are answered, no call centre. Walked me through my issue for trouble shooting and more. 8 years living off-grid, the first time i've needed them and they were there for me. THANK YOU my American friends.

I have never, ever, had someone be so very helpful in setting up my Midnite Kid Solar. Unfortunately I forget the gentleman’s name but he was on the phone with me for well over an hour, he was very knowledgeable, competent, patient, and understanding and got my MPPT set up and functioning in a way I never could have.
