Unbelievable service / tech support I cannot say enough. Phones are answered, no call centre. Walked me through my issue for trouble shooting and more. 8 years living off-grid, the first time i've needed them and they were there for me. THANK YOU my American friends.

I have never, ever, had someone be so very helpful in setting up my Midnite Kid Solar.
