I have 3 Midnite Classic 150's (mounted on massive aftermarket heatsinks with cooling fans that I upgraded to mostly Noctua and 1 Noiseblocker inc. on/off switches - Makes a huge difference in noise cancelation.) that were running 24/7 on a off grid solar array for the over 6 years (bought new in 2016 [one was "Open Box" on eBay]) Very happy with purchase. Top notch customer service and warranty repair! I installed my first Classic Charge Controller ten years ago for our off-grid vacation home. Expanded solar last year; adding two additional Classic controllers. One unit experienced a failure just over a week ago. I requested repair via their Support ticket system on-line and had an RMA the next morning. Since I live 1.5 hours from Midnite Solar, I dropped the unit off on Thursday afternoon and was notified the following Tuesday morning the unit had been repaired under warrant... read more

Unbelievable service / tech support I cannot say enough. Phones are answered, no call centre. Walked me through my issue for trouble shooting and more. 8 years living off-grid, the first time i've needed them and they were there for me. THANK YOU my American friends.
