We went to other shops in the area and got alot of the run around and lots of tap dancing about price and product. We spoke with Alex in November ..he explained about all the various types of tint films and gave us pricing....we were not able to get the car in until late August.. Alex explained all the films again with the pros and cons of each one and we felt like he really took our needs into account....AND he honored the price that he gave us months before....we were done in about an hour or so.
