Midnight Velvet is constantly committing fraud. They are routinely reporting to all three credit reporting agencies that I owe them over $600 on my account. They NEVER CREDITED me for the payments I did make.I settled with AmeriMark which is Midnight Velvet's previous parent company on April 19, 2022, for $160.77 with Collection Bureau of Hudson Valley (CBHV). Wow - what an attempted scam - letter in the mail today "Thank you for the order you recently placed with us" I doubt I did - I've never even heard of Midnight Velvet. "This is not an invoice or a bill; however if you wish to confirm and finalize it to your order ... ". Sure dumbfuxs - I'll be glad to give you me credit card info for a non-existent to order with no items and only $290.93. Turn in ng this SCAM LETTER over to the Attorney Generals office for the state of AZ IN for follow up.
My experience with Midnight Velvet leaves a lot to be desired. Please be aware of the Shipping fees that they charge. I purchased an outfit, the amount was $198.50 which included tax and a staggering 29.00 shipping fee. Much to my dismay the outfit although pretty did not fit me right and I returned it and I received a check back from them in the amount of $161.60 which cost me 37.00 more. For an outfit that I returned I spent $66.00 in fees. This will be the last time I order from them. Victoria Z
