Mark is not responding to calls, texts or emails for support since I paid in full for my system. I have problems now with the system and am unable to get support. Tried calling SolArk and they tell me to contact the local company that installed my system. If I had known that customer service was going to be nonexistent, I would not have invested in a SolArk system.

We had 30 panels placed on our property. 17 were placed on west side. 4 were moved to south side. The remaining 13 panels do not produce because they do not receive sun until late afternoon. Requests at the time of reviewing placement was for East side of building because sun is there most of the day. We paid for a system that almost half the panels are not producing. We are now looking at other options to have them moved to an area that will produce power. We are very disappointed in their lack of responsibility for wrong p... read more

Midnight Sun Solar just completed a solar project for us on an off grid cabin. From start to finish Mark & crew were the most professional and fun contractor to work with. Now you have to understand my wife and I are a little bit older and not the most tech savvy folks in the world. Mark was so patient with us when it came to the dumb questions and believe me we had them. Had trouble getting my Generac to auto start with Renogy inverter when batteries were low. The Generac dealer charged me a ton of hours trying to figure it out. Renogy couldn't figure it out. Visited Midnight Solar and 30 minutes talking with Mark we had suggestions that worked. I'll definitely be going back the them for my next solar system.
