These are the freshest/sweetest scallops available anywhere, period ! We had friends over for dinner (Cape Codders) a few days ago, after the first bite, they both said "these are the sweetest scallops we've eaten in a long time". I have also been to their facility in Chatham and purchased sea clams in the shell (I specifically asked for in the shell). Their processing facility is very modern and almost spotless. In conclusion, a family operation offering the finest shellfish available anywhere...
