I was actually really excited to try this place because of the reviews and recommendations from a few friends. I came in for the first time about a week ago, loved the drinks, and decided it could be a nice lunch/study spot for me. I came back today and asked for food recommendations, and I was very clear that I cannot eat pork. This was honestly one of the worst restaurant experiences I’ve had. I arrived about 45 minutes before closing and ordered the steak and egg bowl with a hot latte. I sat down expecting to have a normal dining experience, especially since there were still about 35 minutes until closing. Instead, they brought my food out in a cardboard to-go box, as if I had ordered takeout and placed it on the table. I was extremely disappointed. Food was absolutely delicious. Staff could've been a bit more attentive.
The food was good and service and atmosphere was nice, casual and easy place to talk.
