Very poor communication, last minute cancellations, they rarely answer the phone. This business is hanging on by a thread
I had booked an appt with Amanda for injectable. She called me to tell me she wasn't sure if her product would arrive on time but would let me know. I didnt hear from her so I drove there 45 minutes from my home only to find she was not there and would not be in. I guess her product didn't show up but communication could have been clearer. Went for a shellac pedicure with a friend today. I had Jessie and it was amazing. Relaxing, professional, well done ladies, we'll be back again!
