My husband went here and the PA and neurologist were wonderful people but were not familiar enough with his condition. We have since went to uofm and have never felt so supportive. My poor review is not for the doctors but the front desk. She was so rude and our last straw was when she thought she placed my husband on hold but he could hear her call him a liar. My husband was far from a liar, he was suffering and just wanting to schedule a visit. I guess I should be thankful because it caused us to go else where.
I absolutely adore this office. I feel respected and listened to. My questions are always answered and phone calls are always returned within the appropriate amount of time.
