Getting braces at 43 is more fun when you choose this office! I walk in and am greeted by name by Lisa who is the queen! then I hang out with my wonderful clinician Mandy who is so fun and a true joy!
The front workers, Lisa and Stephanie, are super helpful and nice whenever I come in for an appointment. My orthodontist, Mandy, makes my experience at the here such a joy. Overall, definitely a great place to come to!!
Absolutely love this practice! Anxious every time I go for my tightening. They are super sweet , caring and patient. My questions are always answered with love and never annoyance. Thank you for the care you provide and teller transformation you are delivering for my smile.
Nice people but completely incompetent at scheduling appointments appropriately and at keeping those appointments. I haven’t been able to be seen in a year because they continually fail to schedule me for an appointment of an appropriate length for my treatment. So I either get a call before my appointment where they tell me they screwed up and need to reschedule me for a longer appointment (months away) or I show up thinking all is well, they’re late bringing me back, and then they tell me the appointment isn’t long enough ... read more
Was scheduled to get a consultation for braces and was told to reschedule over 7 mins, I actually got there at 11:05. I live an hour away so thanks for wasting my time and acting like you’re so punctual as if I was going to walk in the back at 11am sharp. I was told whoever the person was has to take lunch at 12 and it’s already gone to take over an hour to get things done but in that case you should have NEVER scheduled me at 11am.
