Was scheduled to get a consultation for braces and was told to reschedule over 7 mins, I actually got there at 11:05. I live an hour away so thanks for wasting my time and acting like you’re so punctual as if I was going to walk in the back at 11am sharp. I was told whoever the person was has to take lunch at 12 and it’s already gone to take over an hour to get things done but in that case you should have NEVER scheduled me at 11am. Dr. Horsey and his staff are amazing. They listen to the patient. They are professional, and friendly. I’ve been to the midlothian and Henrico offices and both are clean and great atmospheres. I am glad I chose this orthodontist.

Filed Grievance ,unfit doctor . All because my child is on Medicaid “You did my daughter wrong. The doctor is very responsible . Why you treat a child without no care?No call back to remove this spacer off my child teeth that’s been in her mouth for a whole YEAR! Since March of last year. The front desk lady is devil in disguise aswell. I rebuke her evil ways in the name of Jesus .
