I enjoy the water aerobics class that I take with Ann Quiring and Meredith Tyree. They are both knowledgeable and very friendly. Our class is very enjoyable and we are all friends.
Well all the equipment is old in there u don't have enough classes went to the colfeild gym they got better equipment
My fiancé and I enrolled our 3 year old into the gym and swim classes and it's great! All the instructors are so outgoing, helpful and so good with the kids! I'd recommend the classes to anyone looking for good exercise and fun for their kids!
