Their phone service is absolute garbage. The point where I'm about ready to change doctor, I'm so fed up with these guys. Maybe we'll call and find out what the hell's going on but I doubt it ... I'm my holding my breath
They don't cancel appointments when you change the appt. Then charge you for a missed appt.
I usually go to a different office in their medical group, but I called them since I live in Powhatan. It was after hours, and the doc called me and said to call my normal office since they saw me most recently. The number given didn’t work. I called back. Second operator took all my info, then said there is only the one doc and she’s going to give me the same advice. Gave me another number for my office and said to call back if there was an issue. Very sad location. Why do you require people to make an appointment if you keep them waiting well past their scheduled time. But yet if someone is late to their appointment I'm sure you all charge them. If youre not going to stick to the appointment times then set it up like patient first and just have it be a walk in clinic because this is absurd. Maybe we should have our bill compensated due to the amount of time we have to waste sitting in a lobby full of sick people. Do better.
