The Apothecary is one of the greatest places in Midlothian! The quaintness and old-fashioned charm of the old days where you can sit at the counter and order an abundance of fresh and delicious items like burgers, BLT’s, and milkshakes! The staff at the soda counter were fine but the pharmacy area consistently has rude, unfriendly staff that clearly have no customer service skills whatsoever. When you cal the pharmacy, it’s the same way. Rude and act like you’re bothering them by making them work. I’ve tried for years to go back and give this place another chance but no more. I’m done.
Old fashioned hometown pharmacy. Great, personal service. They even still have a grill inside the store.
