Wish I could give zero stars. We recently brought in our newly rescued German Shepherd mix (45 lbs) and were seen by Dr. Alison Rhoades. The experience was unprofessional from the start. Before even entering the room, we overheard Dr. Rhoades asking a vet tech why she 'had' to see the German Shepherd, clearly expressing a personal bias or fear regarding the breed. I have been going to Midlothian Animal Clinic since 1989. I have always been treated with kindness and caring for me and my pets from all vets and staff. They have gone out of their way to help me over the years. Definitely recommend to others.
