Yesterday, I saw a new ob/gyn doc as mine retired from this practice. I saw Dr. Klein-Patel and she was nothing short of amazing. She had clearly reviewed ALL of my health history and sat for quite awhile and talked to me about everything to get to know me as a person, from my past health issues to my struggles with raising my daughter with SN. She made the exam easy and relaxed and made what is typical a tough exam a breeze. On a scale of 1 to 5 stars, she gets 1 million stars from me.
I had my Annual appointment with Nurse Practitioner Deanna Nemec today. Deanna is truly a respectful, extremely knowledgeable and kind professional who made me feel very welcome and most importantly - extremely relaxed. Deanna reviewed my medical history before I arrived - "spent time" asking important questions and getting to know me as a person - like chatting with a friend - Thank You! I also want to say a BIG thank you to Kali - my lovely Medical Assistant today - you too are amazing!
From the minute I arrived until I left I felt important and heard - every one was beyond amazing. Best I’ve ever been to in half a century! THANK YOU. I’d give you 10 stars if I could!
