Had service provided by them back in November of 2023. Nothing noteworthy about the doctors or that aspect of the experience, my issue was resolved, however their billing process needs some serious work. I received a bill the other day in the mail, labelled "This is your FINAL STATEMENT", threatening "collection aciton" (their typo, not mine) if I don't pay within ten days.
