The doctor is great but the process needs some refining. I arrived and was not asked my name I was just recommended to go sit down and they would call me. I did as asked until I got tired of waiting. I went back to the counter and they were clueless that I was still there. In addition I got emails and text messages about filling out the forms before I arrive I filled them out three times that I keep getting another reminder to do it even though I had already done it.
Dr. Graverson is great, however, every OFFICE visit I’ve had at your Paoli location has been overbooked and my appointment was an hour late. Fortunately, I had a good book.
