The US medical system is broken and this office is a prime example. They are not able to see xrays or scan's from any places outside of their network, they have forgotten signatures on scripts for scans and communication is non-existent with patients having to redo-ing appts. There is no administrative oversight to ensure the physician can actually do their job during an appt. Prescription are called in wrong repeatedly. There is never any sense of urgency. I’ve called twice last week once on the prescription line the next time I waited and spoke to someone. Left a message about my prescription needing to be refilled. I was told Friday they would get back to me. It’s now Tuesday evening and no call. If you want service find another practice
