Had laser surgery on my prostate in April 2026 to help with frequent urination especially at night. It's now August 2026 ZERO change in my problems. Wast of time and money.

Used this clinic for a vasectomy. Dr Landow was fantastic as was his surgical staff. Clinic and front office staff however are the reason for leaving a poor review. At my follow up appointment I declined unnecessary testing, which is my right as a patient, but I was still billed for these tests. I spoke to office staff on multiple occasions both in person and on the phone to correct this and was told it was being handled. Unfortunately, my experience with this practice fell far below expectations. After my stent placement, I received no communication regarding the next steps in my care. Repeated calls to the office went unanswered, and voicemails were never returned. When I did manage to reach someone, I was placed on long holds and transferred without receiving any real information.
