Very unprofessional and unethical place. My mother had procedure scheduled this morning and Dr Brooks cancelled it. First they called asking if my mom could come in earlier due to cancellations. My mother could NOT !! But that shouldn’t have been an issue because she has had this schedule for months in advance. A few months after that phone call my mom receives a text ( so unprofessional ) that her procedure has been cancelled. This procedure is very important to my mom with her ongoing issues and would have hopefully relive... read more
