This morning, I attempted to confirm a medical appointment that was scheduled for either today or next week. I called the answering service three times and was told each time that my message would be relayed to the office. However, I didn't hear back after waiting six hours. Eventually, I received a call that I answered, but the line disconnected and I was never contacted again. The reviews about wasting your time is valid and real. This is our second appointment and waited almost 45 minutes to be seen by a doctor AFTER signing in. The first appointment was more like 1.5hrs! It’s ridiculous and such a shame that they don’t respect others time the way they expect you to show up ON TIME for theirs. We do get off work or other things to come here and that should be respected! And the front desk is rude and unprofessional. Better off going another location or another doctor entirely.

Do not rely on the appoint time they give you! There is a longer-than-30 minutes wait time in the waiting room and once you go in to be visited, there is another 30 minute wait to be visited by your doctor. To me, this means that they don't care about patient's time. Yesterday, although I was on time for my appointment, as I always have been, they kept me waiting in the waiting room for about 40 minutes and I finally gave up and left! They've never had the decency to apologize to patients for wasting their time.

Waited 2 hours past appointment time. This is not the first time. This is unprofessional time management. Third time I have wasted more than an hour of my life.
