Good first, the doctor was through and explained everything. He gave me options on my treatment and discussed the medication and side effects. Now the bad. I filled out the online paperwork twice. But the office said it was incomplete and gave me paper copies to fill out a third time. The doctor ordered bloodwork and said that he was sending a prescription to my pharmacy.
