I do not how this practice has so many positive reviews. This was the worst experience I have encountered with a medical office. It is insanely difficult to reach a nurse or refill a basic prescription. I received a call back to confirm the prescription and then a day later I received another call that was so erroneous - telling me Dr.Parikh is actually unable to refill a prescription since he has never prescribed that to me before. Dr. McMahon continues to be a great doctor. Very patient and explains everything so it makes sense. I feel like he is with me on my health journey and shows empathy. Update: Unfortunately, I ended up having to take my health business elsewhere due to demonstrated low regard for my personal beliefs.
My wife likes it
Double billed, lied to and yelled at. Terrible they bill you at rando they scream at you and hang up when you try to fix their error for them. Not sure how I went from having a balance due to being billed over 1k for an office visit but I'll be back with a lawyer. Worst experience I've ever had in the medical field and that's saying something. This place should be ashamed
