Pleasant staff and physicians
I guess the practice is fine unless you expect a returned phone call or to be treated with compassion. My 57 year old husband was told at the end of August in the ER that he had a mass that was most likely kidney cancer. It’s now the end of October and after waiting weeks in between tests and visits, we were told 8 days ago he needed his kidney removed and that the dr was 85% sure the mass was cancer.
