The doctor and nurses are cordial but this is one of the most poorly run offices I've been to. Arrival time and appointment time are irrelevant as the doctors apparently spend all of their time in the er. Two of the three times I have been here there has been a "substantial wait" while the doctor returned. They aren't super at communicating either. Sit you in a room for 30 minutes by yourself and don't check on you or provide updates.
