I have lived here a couple years now At 1st I was SHOCKED by all the things you can get fined for. I was also annoyed they didn't work with me when I originally couldn't find a job n was late paying rent they went straight into trying to evict me with the 1st notice after only 10 days! But as time goes by I now understand why they enforce fines..Its A BEAUTIFUL NEIGHBORHOOD n I see other trailer courts that look HORRIBLE. I’ve lived here since July 2017. I am an older single woman & I live alone, and feeling safe is super important to me. This is a very safe, well kept community with nice yards & nice neighbors. Management is attentive & takes care of problems quickly. Highly recommend!
Become not pet friendly, people do not pick up after their pets. Lots of dog poop all over.
