Messaged about a problem with my VW stereo system and got booked in within a few days. Jas was extremely friendly, offered a reasonable price and got the problem fixed first time! All round a great experience.
Jas is a lovely guy to deal with and has great communication skills. He diagnosed and updated the software in my problematic Mercedes infotainment head unit. It was done while I waited in an hour for a fraction of the cost a Mercedes garage would charge. I understand he went through a rigorous assessment process to be granted access to Mercedes software and diagnostics for the entire model range. Would definitely use him again if I have any future issues

Mercedes C-Class radio & screen boot loop - FIXED. I'm so pleased! Excellent service and gave me better treatment than I've had from the dealer. They have all major makes covered.
