Outstanding Service from everyone. After going into limp mode in our motorhome whilst driving up to Sunderland, Rob Breakdown Technician booked us in for repair the next morning, Merc were expecting us when we walked in the door, Claudia on Reception kept us up to date with progress and the EGR pressure sensor was replaced by the workshop technicians. So speedy, so efficient and all with a smile. Can’t recommend highly enough.
