I sadly had to cancel all future appointments here today because of their policy to charge for a missed appointment. This was accidental after my family has committed countless sessions and dollars here. As the receptionist quoted policy like a robot with zero understanding or empathy, my feelings were really hurt because I made coming here twice a week for my daughter and I a priority for months despite an extremely hectic life and to make 1 mistake and be treated like some patient who doesn't care was shocking and painful.... read more
