We couldn’t be happier with Midlands and the amazing job they did replacing our siding, windows and doors. From the estimate to completion of the job, Pete and his crew were professional, courteous, and efficient. Our house looks amazing! I highly recommend Midlands Siding and Window to anyone looking to improve the appearance and increase the value of their home.
I haven't done business with this company but one of their drivers was very reckless on the road. I just wanted to point that out incase anyone bases their business on how professional the employees act.
Phil came to give us an exterior quote and instead helped us understand that we could save substantial money with low cost repairs and excellent painting. Phil could of had us on the hook for $20-30K in exterior siding replacement but instead recommended a few simple fixes and a great painting company! As a result, my wife and I were able to stay within our budget. Phil's willingness to put honesty ahead of profits is shocking in today's world. I can't thank him enough for helping my family!
Phil made the process of getting all new windows effortless. He is very knowledgeable and provided all the information that I needed in order to make an informed decision. His team of installers were great as well. They were courteous and efficient while installing the windows and siding. 100% would recommend them to anyone. Thanks for the awesome service. We love our "new" house!!
We had Midlands Windows & Siding come out last year to give us quotes on having our windows and siding replaced. Phil came out and was very professional and knowledgeable about windows and siding. He was able to explain the differences in a way we able to understand. Once we made the decision to go with Phil, he informed us we needed a new roof.
