I don’t normally leave reviews but felt compelled to share my experience with The Tyre Technicians in Solihull today. I popped in yesterday and asked if they could order me some specific Continental tyres for my electric Mercedes which needed replacing, I was given a fantastic price ( cheaper than booking them through website tyre companies ) then booked in to have them fitted today. DISCRIMINATORY AND UNPROFESSIONAL If I truly left “happy,” why did I return twice asking you to fix damage caused during my visit? And if it wasn’t your fault, why agree to repair it twice — poorly? All I asked was for the skirt to be put back as it was.
