My experience with Dr. Gross and his staff was excellent.I came in from out of state, had all my preop testing done at home.All my results were sent, I had a seamless transition and getting my surgery complete. Dr. Gross and all the staff at Midlands were fantastic. I’m looking forward to returning do you have my other hip surgery.

My experience with Dr Gross & his staff was fantastic!! I came in from out of state and had most my Pre-op testing done at home and sent to SC. It was a perfectly organized plan to follow. The staff was very compassionate and helpful and patient!! The facilities were clean and efficient. Midlands sent a homehealth nurse to check on me that evening and Dr Gross made a house call in the morning! I’m returning in several weeks to have surgery on the other hip!

This was my second knee replacement by Dr. O'Leary. Although my second time, he took the time to explain everything to my wife and I and went over the procedure in detail. The surgery went as he and said and I was released the next morning. My rehab also went very well and I began to hit golf balls at the end of my sixth week. Thank you Dr. O'Leary.

Never seen such FUBAR not only within the same business, but within the same building! The left hand did not have a clue what the right hand was trying to do. Lots and lots of time wasted trying to guess what it was they wanted us to do and where we were supposed to go. The Blanding Street location (walk-in clinic) is a very scary place to have to go after dark. No lighted parking lot. No handicap access between the parking lot and the building! Unbelievable!!! If you have a lot of time ,may be worth the wait , appointment's mean nothing to them . I left after 2 hours , never even called my name.

i had atrthroscopy surgery ther it wwent wll, however i tried to get another knee done with different insurance and they said NO, so i would say money talks and bullshit walks, dr james o'leary never returned my phonecall in my need....what a scumbag he is
