I purchased a used BMW 330e from Midlands Motors Ltd in April 2025. From the very beginning, the engine had clear issues, including irregular idle and metallic sounds. I contacted the seller immediately, but was ignored for weeks. After formally rejecting the car under the Consumer Rights Act, I received a partial offer (£8,000), far below my losses. Very friendly staff. Went expecting just to look at a potential car, but they gave me a very reasonable offer on my current car, helped me sort the finance on the new one, and drove home the same day with the new car. After driving for a week it's been exactly as expected, with no issues.

You're never quite sure what to expect when you head to a used car dealer in a city 3 hours from your house. But to say I was pleasantly surprised is an understatement. The vehicle was ready for viewing and Adeel was friendly, knowledgable, and not pushy at all. I had a great experience with Midlands Motors, primarily because their customer service was exceptional. Highly recommended.
