rude staff at front desk extremely long wait..over an hour although the woman who actually took the collection was super sweet ArcPoints or anywhere else really would have been much preferred
My friend came for a dot physical and kept him nearly 3 hours! I’m here now been waiting in the lobby for an hour past my appointment!
