Worst customer service experience ever! Visitor from out-of-town (well, not really...I grew up in Omaha and moved away as an adult. I live and work in the DC Metro area now). I was in town due to a death in the family (my mom passed). Stopped by Mr. Toad's late on a Sunday evening to catch some jazz and decompress a bit.
